What is professional punching die ?

1. Simple punching die

The simple punching die is shown in Figure 1-1:

1). Mold structure

The working parts of the mold are die 2 and punch 4 , the positioning part is movable baffle 8 , the discharge part is rubber 3 , the fixed parts are lower mold base 1 , fixed plate 5 , mold shank 6 and pad plate 7 , without guiding device .

2). Working principle

When punching , the movable baffle 8 is used to position the blank , the waste material leaks through the leakage hole of die 2 , and the product is directly discharged by rubber。

3). Mold characteristics

The mold structure is simple , the operation space is large , with strong versatility , the concave template is opened with different shapes of the cutting edge , as long as the corresponding convex die is replaced , you can punch holes of different shapes and sizes , using movable baffle positioning , the appearance and size of the blank change range is large ; Due to the use of rubber direct discharge , the discharging force is smal , the positioning relies on manual adjustment , the production efficiency is low , the position accuracy of the hole is not high , and it is suitable for punching box parts with many holes and less quantity .

1). Mold structure

The working parts of the mold are concave die 3 and convex die 4 , relying on the shape of the die and adjusting plate 8 positioning , no discharge device , relying on manual picking and discharging .

2). Working principle

When stamping , the blank is manually placed on the die core , and the adjusted adjustment plate is relied on to ensure the front and rear positions of the blank on the mold core ; After the punching is completed , the punch goes up , the workpiece is left on the die to be taken out manually , and the waste material leaks out of the die hole .

3). Mold characteristics

The mold structure is simple , with a certain versatility , by adjusting the thickness of the adjustment plate 8 , you can punch side holes in different positions on cylindrical parts with the same inner diameter , such as adding an indexing device to the mold , you can punch equal holes on the same circumference . In order to prevent the scrap from getting stuck in the die hole and affecting the workpiece removal , a groove with a depth greater than 2 times the thickness of the material is opened at the leakage of the die material . Since the picking and placing of materials relies on manual labor , the production efficiency is not high .

1). Mold structure

The working parts of the mold are die 3 and punch 10 , the positioning part is the positioning pin 12 , the discharge part is the discharge plate 4 spring 5 and the discharge screw 11 , which are guided by the guide column 2 and the guide sleeve 6 .

2). Working principle

When stamping , the blank is first placed between the positioning pin 12 , the upper die goes down , the discharge plate 4 presses the blank first under the action of the spring 5 , and then blanks , and then , the upper die goes up , the punching part is unloaded from the punching die composed of a discharge plate , a spring and a discharge screw , and then clamped out by hand or blown out by air , and the punching waste leaks out of the die hole .

3). Mold characteristics

The mold adopts elastic discharge , large operating space , easy to take and place stamping parts , and the discharge plate has a flattening effect on the wool during stamping , so the surface of the stamping parts is relatively flat , but the discharge force is not large , suitable for punching parts with little discharging force .

4. Rigid discharge punching die

The rigid discharge punching die is shown in Figure 1-4 :

1). Mold structure

The working parts of the mold are composed of a concave die 3 and a punch 9 , the blank is positioned by the positioning pin 10 , and the discharge is completed by a rigid discharge plate 4 , and the rear side guide column 2 and the guide sleeve 5 are used .

2). Working principle

When stamping , the blank is first manually placed in the positioning pin on the die , and after the stamping is completed , the workpiece is unloaded by the rigid discharge plate 4 , and then clamped out manually , and the waste material leaks out of the die hole .

3). Mold characteristics

The mold using rigid discharge plate for discharging has simple structure , large discharging force , and safe and reliable discharge . However , the mold operation space is limited , it is inconvenient to take and release materials , in order to facilitate the taking and discharging of materials , it is generally necessary to open observation holes on the discharge plate .
